The hand of the Lord was on me, and He brought me out by His Spirit and set me down in the middle of the valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me all around them. There were a great many of them on the surface of the valley, and they were very dry. Ezekiel 37:1-2 (CSB)
Are you facing an impossible situation today? At the end of all natural possibility, you have come face to face with a valley of dry bones. Is the intense drought seeping into your bones causing you to wither a bit on the inside, too? Life is hard. Every person faces challenges, struggles and suffering on many levels.
Our text today says the valley was full of dry bones and the dry bones were many and the many dry bones were very dry.Do you see the hopeless situation? Do you sense the lifeless state of the bones? It isn’t that they were near death…this is total death. This was once a mighty army but now completely dead. It was at this situation that God asked “Son of man, can these bones live again?” in other words, is there hope?
If you sense that your spiritual life, business, marriage, prayer life, finances or your life in general is near dead, dead or dead and dry,The Lord is asking you today, can these bones live again? Our God never asks a question that He doesn’t know the answer and He is not willing to solve. He is not asking for information, He wants to give you a revelation and a solution to the deadness and dryness in your life. Be honest with God and see the situation change. He is ready to impart divine wisdom and inspiration to you.
I Declare: Lord thank you for being mindful of me. Thank you for your strong hand that is upon me. I know your presence in my life is changing the situations I am faced with. I know that my dry bones will rise and live again!
Ignite Thought: Dryness is not the will of God for us; you don’t need to remain in the valley of dry bones.
