God is just. Every man or woman has a choice about how to walk towards others. Those who choose wickedness often go the way of Haman- being trapped by their own evil schemes. The deadly outcome they planned for others ends up happening to them. The wicked and foolish do not believe God exists, therefore they do not believe they are accountable for their actions. But God is faithful to step in and punish evildoers. He exposes wicked plans and secret schemes, showing the rebellious for the evil people they are. No one can hide from the justice of God. The wicked shall see their plans all backfire on them- and it won’t be pretty. They will go the way of Haman.

The wicked conceive evil; they are pregnant with trouble and give birth to lies. They dig a deep pit to trap others, then fall into it themselves. The trouble they make for others backfires on them. The violence they plan falls on their own heads. I will thank the Lord because he is just; I will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High. Psalm 7:14-17 (New Living Translation, NLT)

God is patient, but He is a just God. He will give people ample time to repent, but there is always a pay day for wickedness. God will not permit the devil to win in any situation, and He will step in to make sure His plans are carried out in the earth, not the plans of the enemy. God takes great pleasure in exalting righteousness over evil.

Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the Lord. Romans 12:19 (NLT)
